DON RAMOS

Director of Education

Don Ramos began his audio career in 1979 recording and producing  40+ albums, hundreds of demos, singles, voice overs, commercials, and weekly radio shows in Vancouver and Los Angeles. His journey includes serving as Chief Engineer, Studio Manager, and Recording Studio owner.  20 years of teaching his craft in colleges followed, where he quickly moved to Department Head, Program Manager and Dean of Education. In 2002, he became President of Centre for Arts and Technology (TEC) where he continues as VP Education. He received his MA in Communication from SFU in 2001, his PhD for Education in 2012 at UBC School of Curriculum Studies and became a Certified Executive Coach for Royal Roads University in 2017. By ministerial appointment he served on the BC Degree Quality Assessment Board from 2004-2009. He currently serves as Chairman for the Board of Directors and VP Education for TEC – The Education Company Ltd., Vancouver, BC and is a managing Director for Immersa Learning Network and Digital Music Alliance (DMA) in Las Vegas, NV.
